Emilia Griffin is an Albuquerque-based multimedia artist who focuses on photography and painting. She is inspired by taboo subjects and radical topics, such as human rights, politics, trauma, and the many other societal issues people face. She is currently studying at CNM for an associate degree, with plans to transfer to UNM to obtain her BFA in Fine Arts. Presently, she is working on a series titled “Please be Gentle”, an oil-based project touching on childhood sexualization and grooming.
